I’ve been a fan of this dude’s hatch for a while now and I’m not even sure why, it’s just got something about it, daily driven, hard slammed, and unpampered.

OK I’m impressed

This car has been on here before, but not this shot. The owner states it’s on Tein Flex coilovers but it is sooo freakin low. I thought for sure it was on Teins for an EF but as far as I can tell Tein doesn’t offer Flexes for EFs. The A’PEXi World Sports on my red ‘98 won’t go nearly this low. I’ve really been kinda frustrated lately, the red car hardly ever goes out so I want to slam it but right now it’s probably the best handling car I’ve ever had and I know that will go away if I dump it on it’s ass. What to do….

Wagons yo

I can’t really explain my aversion to trunks, I’ve never owned a car that had one. My first car was a Pinto hatch (don’t be hatin I was 16) then a mid engine Lancia, a string of DSMs and now my Civics. In fact I think I would take a wagon over a coupe or sedan, they’re really just big four door hatchbacks if you think about it. Kinda sorta?

Here’s something interesting if you have an Accord wagon and are looking for something to make it stand out, old Prelude trunk wings fit them perfectly to make a mid wing and don’t look half bad.

Inspiration

I’m so infatuated with this EK right now, it’s the car that keeps me sinking money into my red hatch and trying to improve it. It reminds me just how cool simple and clean can be. Wheels and stance are everything.

EP3

EP3s aren’t terribly popular among the usual Honda crowd, they’re not my favorite hatch but that doesn’t mean I don’t love them, especially when they’re dumped on thier ass like this blue one.

My current inspiration

I love this EK, my only goal right now is to get my red 98 this low. I’ve been on Apex’i coilovers this summer and they’re awesome but I can’t get this low on them. I think the next setup will be threaded Koni Reds for an EF with 6″ springs and a drop down to 195/45s.
